New Relic Condition Manager
===========================

Find alert conditions in a New Relic account, enable the disabled ones, delete the ones
you no longer need, or open one in New Relic.

What you need
  * Node 18 or newer (free, from https://nodejs.org). Nothing else to install.
  * A New Relic USER API key (it starts with NRAK-). Create one under your profile,
    API keys, in New Relic.

How to use it
  1. Unzip this folder anywhere.
  2. Start it:
Mac: double-click start.command (if macOS blocks it, right-click, Open)
       Windows: double-click start.bat
       Linux: run ./start.sh
Your browser opens the page. If it does not, open http://127.0.0.1:4777/
  3. Paste your API key, choose US or EU, and click Load accounts.
  4. Pick an account, or All accounts to go through every account the key can see
(accounts the key cannot read are skipped and named). The NRQL conditions are listed with account, policy, condition and
whether each is enabled or disabled.
  5. Tick "Show only disabled conditions" to hide the enabled ones.
  6. Each row has Enable (disabled conditions only), View in New Relic and Delete.
Delete asks you to confirm first and cannot be undone.

Good to know
  * Your key is kept only in the open page and sent to New Relic through the small
program you started. It is never written to disk and never goes anywhere else.
  * The program listens on your own computer only (127.0.0.1).
  * Only NRQL conditions are listed. Older infrastructure, APM, synthetic and external
    service conditions are not included.
  * Enabling and deleting change your real New Relic account straight away. Your key
needs permission to modify alerts for those to work.
  * To stop it, close the window that opened when you started it.
